| Vehicles | Members and residents are reminded to renew their vehicle stickers annually for our security. |
| Parking | Residents are requested to park their vehicles in their respective garages and driveways to reduce obstructions along our roads. |
| Security | To maintain security, please give our Security Office a heads up for any visitors that may arrive. This will also help process your guests quicker for entry. |
| Construction & Renovations | Members and residents are required to inform the DVA Office for any construction or renovation works to be done. |
| Cleanliness | Residents are reminded to help keep our village clean. This includes keeping the sidewalk and street adjacent to your properties clean. |
